In 2014, I received my B.A. in Mathematics with an emphasis in secondary education from Azusa Pacific University graduating as an Honors College Scholar. I also received the outstanding senior math award given to only one graduating student a year. In 2016, I received my Single Subject Teaching Credential for Mathematics.
Experience
I have taught high school mathematics for the past 7 years. The classes I have taught are Algebra 1, Geometry P/AP, Pre-Calculus P/AP, and AP Calculus AB/BC. Also, before receiving my degree I was a math tutor at APU and privately, tutoring any subject from Elementary Algebra through Calculus 2 as well as helping junior high and high school students for the SAT/ACT math sections.

Hobbies
Some of my hobbies include playing piano, baking, and hanging out with my dog, Reese! I enjoy tending to my succulent plants. Additionally, this is my 2nd year attempting to grow my own fruits and vegetables in a small garden in my backyard. I am growing tomatoes, zucchini, strawberries, and jalapenos.
